UkraMarine supports future professionals!

From February 2 to February 13, students from ONMU and ONEU completed an internship at our company and gained practical skills in international logistics and marketing.

Student feedback:

Olena, 4th year, ONEU, «Marketing and International Logistics»
«It was very interesting to learn how marketing works inside a logistics company and how a company stays afloat in a highly competitive environment. What I liked most was seeing how dry theory turns into a real marketing strategy that actually works in such a complex field as logistics services. Yevhen explained the specifics of promotion in conditions of high competition and rapidly changing circumstances very clearly. I will definitely use the skills I gained in the future. Thank you!»

Daria, 3rd year, ONMU, «Transport Technologies in Maritime and River Transport»
«To be honest, I remember absolutely every detail — all the material was accessible, interesting, and, most importantly, relevant. I was especially interested in the work of brokers, and Timur’s presentation was very impressive. At university, all processes are explained methodically, but thanks to UkraMarine, I was able to apply my knowledge in practice, for which I am very grateful. In practice, you realize that each department operates independently yet is interconnected with the others.»

Ilona, 3rd year, ONMU, «Transport Technologies in Maritime and River Transport»
«My internship at UkraMarine allowed me to see how theoretical knowledge turns into real business processes — from sales and rate quotations to brokerage, operations, and finance. What impressed me most was the systematic approach, coordinated teamwork, and a clear focus on service and responsibility to the client. During the internship, I developed skills in analyzing logistics processes and strategic thinking, and I became even more confident that I want to grow professionally in this field.»

Oleksii, 3rd year, ONMU, «Transport Technologies in Maritime and River Transport»
«During my internship, what impressed me most was the real work dynamics. I really liked being immersed in live document flow, where every detail affects the outcome of a large process.
During this time, I gained valuable skills in working with large volumes of information and learned to maintain high concentration throughout the workday. This experience taught me responsibility and a systematic approach to solving professional tasks.»

Ruslan, 3rd year, ONMU, «Transport Technologies in Maritime and River Transport»
«What I remember most are the words: ‘To work in logistics, you need to love logistics.’ I liked how the information was presented, the communication with experts, the pleasant office atmosphere, and, most importantly, the team of professionals. I learned how to work with documentation.»
