On November 18, the UkraMarine team participated in «EBA Logistic Talks 2025» in Odesa, where leaders of the logistics sector, representatives of business associations, and market experts gathered to discuss key trends shaping the industry in Ukraine.

Panel discussions covered customs procedures, transport security, multimodal solutions, infrastructure, and workforce challenges. One of the central topics was the concept of Human Capital: the shortage of qualified personnel, employee motivation, team adaptation, and the implementation of HR innovations.

Yana Saranina, Director of UkraMarine, delivered a presentation on placing people at the center of the company’s strategy. She emphasized that developing corporate culture, maintaining honest dialogue with the team, and measuring eNPS are key factors in building strong service. She also highlighted the importance of cooperation with universities and supporting the next generation of logistics professionals as part of corporate social responsibility.
