On September 13, UkraMarine hosted a full house of young people at its Open Day. The event attracted not only students from leading universities in Odesa, but also people from various fields — including medicine and psychology — as well as those who are still exploring their career path or considering a transition into logistics.

The UkraMarine team shared their personal career growth stories, demonstrating that it is possible to start a career in the company with any background. The event featured engaging discussions and Q&A sessions; guests were treated to sweets from the company’s own UM Coffee café and received branded souvenirs. The atmosphere was warm and inspiring — a true networking experience and an introduction to future logistics professionals.
